Sinus becoming a Drip?
Human beings breath about 22,000 times a day, and along with the oxygen, we take in dirt, pollen, disease, germs, smoke and other pollutants. Mucous gathers up these irritants as they enter the nose and throat, protecting the mucous membranes that line the upper respiratory system. Mucous build-up may be a sign that your body is trying to heal itself. We tend to think of body mucous as a bad thing because it obstructs our breathing during a sinus infection, asthma or cold. But that same mucous is also a necessary body lubricant, and an important body safeguard. The problems start when your body retains too much.
The lungs are the front line of toxic intake from viruses, allergies, pollutants, and mucous-forming congestives. Although your body’s systems work together it only seems, as we address its different parts and processes, that everything isn’t wholly related. Extra pressure of disease or heavy elimination on one body part puts undue stress on another. Support for the kidneys, for example, takes part of the waste elimination load off the lungs so they can recover faster. Similarly, promoting respiratory health also helps digestive and skin cleansing problems.
Foods that putrefy quickly inside your body are the same foods that spoil easily outside in the air – meat, fish, eggs and dairy products. These same foods are the ones most likely to produce excess mucous, too, which in turn slows down transit time through your gastro-intestinal tract and colon. Mucous also tends to form extra heavy protection pockets around foreign dietary substances that it deems harmful…. like preservatives, additives, and especially food colourings. Excess mucus is especially harmful to respiratory system, digestive ability and colon activities.
Any signs of respiratory system congestion may be thought of as sure signs of excess mucous in the body, especially in the colon and intestinal tract. The common cold and flu are usually accompanied by congestion and phlegm.

Cayenne helps to prevent infections establishing themselves in the digestive system and will counter infections if present. Cayenne, helps ward off colds, sinus infections and sore throats. Studies show that capsaicin may block the feeling of pain by depleting and then blocking the production of ‘substance P’, which is thought to be the main chemical messenger of pain from the peripheral sensory nerves to the brain. Cayenne’s influence on prostaglandin activity may also account for some of its anti-pain properties.

Is this a cure?
here is nothing on the market (natural or allopathic) that can cure an allergic reaction. By using this product and following the dietary guidelines of foods to avoid that raises histamine levels, we can get histamine levels down to manageable levels and in that way you will be starting from fresh. It is most likely that after a few months your histamine levels will climb again and you will have to use another bottle. (Our diets are never perfect) A good idea is to keep a bottle on hand and use it if you feel you need to.
If I don’t follow the recommended food guide will it still work?
The food guide is there to help you lower histamine levels so that when you stop using the product your allergies do not return. So yes, you probably will have relief but it will not be for very long. Be aware of the foods to avoid and when possible choose a healthier alternative. In this way you will not have to be on anti- histamines for the rest of your life.
I have used the Sinus and Allergy remedy and I haven’t had any improvement. Why?
The most common reason for the person having minimal results is that the person has got a digestive disorder such as stomach ulcers, hernia, constipation, reflux, heartburn, IBS, spastic colon, candida and windiness. If your digestive system is not happy then you build up excess acids, this in turn increases histamine production, which in turn increases mucous production or makes the bronchials go into a spasm (asthma forming). Should this be the case please call PhytoSun® so that the correct advice can be given so as to repair the digestive system, which in turn will allow the Sinus formula to work.
Why has my child got worse while using your remedy?
When taking this formula with a congested chest it brings out all the mucous and congestion on the lungs, your child normally swallows this excess mucous, which causes nausea and thus is brought up. This is a good sign and normally clears in two days.
Why have I got a Headache when using your remedy?
For those who have built up toxins over the years, you may experience symptoms of detoxification such as headaches or aching joints. Reduce the dosage and continue.
What else will reduce the effect of this remedy?
Incorrect diet (acidic foods)
Excess pollution (man made chemicals)
It is important that each person try to follow the PhytoSun® immune boosting food guide found with each unit.
